I can't get any views on my cooking show. What should I do?

We have a ton of tips, but you have to keep in mind that it will take a lot of hard work and dedication. We have checked out Your YouTube channel and watched some of her videos. Here are some tips for her specifically to improve her channel.
1. Under settings, make sure to enable customization of the YouTube channel page. This will allow you to feature playlists on the channel home page, as well as a channel trailer for new visitors and a featured video that plays for returning subscribers.
2. The intro is too long and doesn’t belong in the beginning. Make the intro under 10 seconds (right now it’s 30 seconds). People click off the video when intros take too long. Start off the video saying what it is about in a couple of sentences, then show your short intro bumper. Our intro bumper is only 5 seconds long and comes after we introduce the video to get people excited.
